I've had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. Noah was very helpful and answered all my questions. I subsequently had to call a plumber, but Noah showed me where he thought the problem in the pipe was located. That saved some time when the plumber arrived.
