He quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately replaced a malfunctioning element in the heating unit with a new one he had on hand. I will definitely recommend AirMasters to my neighbors, friends, and relatives because of my complete satisfaction with Chris C.’s work and professionalism; and would use their services again, should the need arise.

Airmasters is undoubtedly one of the finest service providers we've ever had for our HVAC system. They once had a new tech service our AC and it caused a problem. They sent out an experienced tech and he apologized, admitted their mistake, and fixed the problem (with no charge of course). They are always efficient and courteous. Today Jeff H. serviced our unit. You'll NOT find a friendlier, more capable HVAC tech anywhere! When you call for service, request Jeff....you'll be soooooo glad you did! ---- Steve Billings

Our air went out the Friday before Memorial Day. Not only did they bring a “loaner” to get us through the 3 day weekend, but came on Tuesday to install the new system. They were efficient, professional, patient with my questions AND cleaned up after themselves!! Thank you SO much!

Not only did they call me back mind after submitting my online form, but they also had a tech out to me on a Sat within a couple of hours at no extra costs. Marcus Williams was so nice, professional, and honest about everything. He really made me feel like taking care of my needs was more important than selling or pushing products and services on me. I have signed up for their maintenance membership plan and feel like it's a great deal. Anyone looking for HVAC people, even if the problem may be as simple as a faulty thermostat, call these guys!
